LEGAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. PROMOTER
The promoter of this competition is TheDropHub Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom. Participants may contact us via email for any queries regarding competition mechanics or rules.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Participants must be 18 years or older and reside in the UK. You must have a valid email address to receive prize notifications. Employees of TheDropHub and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. The promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility.
3. PRIZE & PAYMENT
The prize is £500 CASH. Winners will be notified via email within 48 hours of the draw. Payment is processed through secure UK-based financial channels. Winners must provide a valid bank account for payout via bank transfer or PayPal. No alternative prize will be offered.
4. COMPETITION FORMAT
This is a skill based competition and is not a lottery. To enter, participants must correctly answer a question. Only entries with the CORRECT answer will be entered into the draw.
5. ENTRY METHODS
Entries are available via purchase on the website only. The price per entry will be clearly stated on the competition page. A free entry is available by post to our registered office address. Postal entries carry equal weighting to paid entries.
6. ENTRY LIMITS
The maximum number of entries for each competition will be stated. Once the limit of entries is reached, the competition will close early.
7. OPENING AND CLOSING DATES
The competition opens and closes on the dates stated on the website. The promoter reserves the right to extend or amend the dates if necessary.
8. WINNER SELECTION
All correct entries will be entered into a random draw. The draw will take place live on WhatNot or another stated platform. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
9. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The winner will be contacted using the details provided. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.
10. TRANSPARENCY
The draw may be live streamed and/or recorded. The winner's name or username may be published on the website or social media.
11. REFUNDS
All entries are final and non-refundable unless the competition is cancelled.
12. CANCELLATION
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition at any time. If cancelled, entrants will be refunded.
13. LIABILITY
The Promoter is not responsible for: Lost, delayed, or incomplete entries. Techincal issues affecting entry. The Promoters liability is limited to the value of the prize.
14. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data will only be used to administer the competition. Data will not be shared with third parties without consent.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales.
THE DROP HUB IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TECHNICAL ERRORS OR OMISSIONS. THE PRIZE IS NOT A SUBSIDY OR A LOAN. THE HUB RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW THE PRIZE IF A DISQUALIFICATION IS FOUND.
